With 5+ years experience working in clean tech recruitment and start-up ecosystems, Alex identified two major bottlenecks preventing projects from reaching their full potential—talent and capital.

Federico is the Founder of Pentadec Consulting and a board member at Ascension. He leads the development of a Swiss-regulated AMC focused on high-growth sectors such as urban mobility, eVTOL, and renewable energy.

His background includes serving as Group CFO at AutoFlight, where he established financial strategies to support growth in the advanced air mobility sector. Previously, Federico held senior financial roles at BMW Group, including CFO of Alphabet Belgium and Luxembourg and Head of Controlling for BMW Financial Services UK and Ireland.

His extensive expertise in treasury, capital management, and investor relations equips him to drive innovative financial solutions for the clients and partners of Ascension.
